Medication Access: Making Medicine More Affordable

Please join our friends at the Interfaith Health & Hope Coalition as they host a Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, June 5 on how to make medicine more affordable. A keynote presentation titled, "Prescription Safety Net Programs in Action," will be given by Carrie Harnish, LMSW, Clinical Director, Community Health & Well Being, Trinity Health and Joann Fisher, Manager of Prescriber Relations, Familywize. This keynote will show how a health system brought together no cost and reduced rate prescription medication program and made them available to the patients they serve. Panel speakers include Paul Kilgore, Wayne State University, College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences; Geraldine Marks, PharmD, Health Alliance PLan; Bettie Hughes, The Senior Alliance.
